This class meets for one and a half hours once a week, providing ample time for detailed feedback and personalized instruction from Michael Gallagher, a distinguished artist and educator.
Ideal for high school sophomores up to adults, this class is tailored for individuals with an intermediate skill level in art, looking to apply to art schools, or those pursuing MFA majors in colleges and universities. Offering private, one-on-one instruction, this class provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of an expert.
Over the duration of the course, you will aim to create 10 pieces of artwork in various media, encapsulating your unique artistic voice. You’ll also craft a compelling student statement outlining your artistic goals, bringing cohesion and a narrative thread to your portfolio.
